• A Zapa team member reviews the information before confirming final scope, pricing, or next steps

• OpenAI — processes your project information to help generate questions and the initial brief
• Google Sheets / Apps Script — stores a lead record when you submit for review
• Resend — sends your brief and related enquiry emails, including PDF delivery where enabled
• Render — hosts the website and handles server processing for intake and submission

• We do not sell your personal data
• We do not automatically add you to marketing newsletters when you submit a brief
• We do not take payment on this website
• We do not automatically book a discovery call for you

• Share only information you are comfortable providing at this stage
• Use a temporary project or product name if you are not ready to share the final name
• Contact Zapa to request correction or deletion of your enquiry data where applicable
